Course Description

If you have your own garden, you are often blessed with an abundance at some point in the season. In this worksop, you will learn how to make a healthy fermented product from these vegetables.


This is a beginner's course that covers the basics of vegetable fermentation. I will guide you through the process of setting up your ferments, choosing ingredients, and give you tips for the greatest success.


You will also have the opportunity to sample some finished ferments including saurkraut, kim chee, hot sauce and more. At the end of the evening, you will leave with 2 delicious ferments and lots of inspiration for next year's garden!
