Nature is filled with plants that provide us with natural remedies for injury and illness, as well as wonderful preventative medicine!

In this workshop, we will take a tour through the garden, getting to know these plants, some of the interesting stories and histories behind them, and how they can help to keep us well.

We will also learn how and what parts of the plants to harvest, and how to make simple medicines with these plants. You will get hands-on experience making a homemade salve, a delicious tea mixture, and an immune system strengthening tincture.
