Winter Stores
Autumn is the season when we prepare for the cold winter months. Nature offers a diverse harvest during this time: roots to eat and use as medicine, nuts to store and wild herbs to use for Znüni, Zmittag and Zvieri. We will help animals to find winter quarters and we are also slowly getting ready for winter... Next to that, we learn more about the permaculture ethics and how to use them in our daily lives. Of course there will also be enough time left to do crafts, sing, play and anything else what we come up with!
Our permaculture day camps take place in the Permaculture Gardens at PopUp Dietlimoos in Adliswil. This is a community permaculture garden project supported by the city of Adliswil and the Mercator Foundation.
This day camp is supported by WWF Zürich.
This is a 5-day permaculture course without overnight accommodation. Please note that we will be outside in all weathers. A tent ia available for protection from the elements.
The course is led by professional educator, permaculture mediator and herbalist in training, Lobke Beks. She is supported by social worker and permaculture designer in training, Julia Rodríguez Nieto.
