Course Description
In a permaculture garden planned and designed with and for children, you will be introduced to permaculture in a practical way during five consecutive days.
Each course has a specific focus so you will have the chance to learn about and construct some permaculture elements. You will learn about the important role our precious earth plays and how you can revitalise damaged soils. You will practise recognising native (wild) plants and discover why they are so valuable and what you can do with them. With all our senses we learn to understand the language of nature again, we even imitate it. We experiment with sustainable energies. You get to know the chickens, ducks, and goats as important biological workers on the farm. We make music together and listen to old stories. We take a break around the campfire and much more!
We also cook over a fire and enjoy the high-quality food, which is partly prepared with nutritious vegetables and fruit, wild herbs and vitamin-rich berries from the farm.
Come join us on a wild journey of discovery through the fascinating world of wild herbs!
We will learn about medicinal herbs, edible herbs, responsible harvesting and much more...
